The Cottages at Fieldstown Homeowner Association Clubhouse is intended for social, cultural, educational and recreational programs. Members are encouraged to use the clubhouse facilities for family gatherings, celebrations and meetings. The facility is available on a reservation and fee basis.
The facility is rented on a first-come, first-served basis. Only The Cottages at Fieldstown resident members 21 years of age and older will be allowed to enter into a rental agreement for the clubhouse. All correspondence and communications will be sent to the individual listed on the agreement. The member signing the agreement must be present at all times during the event/rental, including setup and cleanup and all deliveries/pick-ups. Additionally, failure to comply with any of The Cottages at Fieldstown Associations regulations may result in the cancellation of the event with No fee reimbursement.

You will receive a confirmation email of your event within 3 to 5 business days. After you receive this email confirmation, you must pay your rental fee and deposit after which your event will be placed on the calendar.
