Started RMS in 2003 and built company from ground up. Manages RMS operations as well as managing several homeowner’s associations. Has good technical understanding to address property related issues to assist residents and boards in addressing problem areas. Member of CAI.

Glenda Rouland, Vice President

Involved with corporate planning and budgeting for the company. Assists with association bookkeeping and addressing residential and board questions when called upon. Oversees office administration and marketing strategies.

Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate

Office Manager and Bookkeeper. 10+ years of customer service experience and 8 years of Bookkeeping at RMS. Works closely with CPA, Essential Solution regarding association accounts. Highly skilled using Quick Books financial software. Excellent in working with customers over the phone. Attends Association Board meetings upon request. Aimee is also a licensed Real Estate Agent. Quick Books, Real Estate training. Member of CAI
